Our Story

We are three friends who have always loved the outdoors and spending time with friends. For many years we dreamed that we would one day be able to own a place together that allowed us to combine all those things that we love. We feel blessed that we can open the Venue at Defiance to people who love coming to this beautiful area. Whether you are here to enjoy the local wineries or breweries, attending a wedding, or just enjoy the local scenery, we hope you choose to spend your time with us.
